When will my order arrive?

Please note that your LEVO revision guide will not arrive in the post. All of our products are digital only and you will be able to access your download immediately after purchase. If you are having trouble with accessing your product, please contact us for more assistance.

Can I refund my order?

Due to the nature of our products, we offer a no refund policy.

Where are the answers?

As explained in your guides, the purpose of the active recall packs are to create information cues. This essentially means that you need to read information from your usual textbooks in order to answer the questions. These answers are purposed to 'trigger' larger pieces of information based on what your brain associates with that specific answer. Having an answer section defeats this purpose as you will only end up memorising small and specific pieces of information that won't create the necessary 'cues'. Please note: There are SOME exceptions to this.
